  • Content you create. Landing pages, forms, email campaigns, templates, and subscriber lists you build or import into the Service.
  • Subscriber data. Information collected on your behalf from visitors to your landing pages, including email addresses, names, IP addresses, referrer URLs, UTM parameters, timezone, and form responses.
  • Usage data. Log data, device information, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken within the Service.
  • Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.
  • Communications. Messages you send to support, survey responses, and other correspondence.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Deliver emails on your behalf to your subscribers.
  • Provide analytics and reporting on your landing pages and email campaigns.

When your visitors sign up through a landing page or form you build on Postmyn, the data they provide is stored on your behalf. You are the data controller for that information. Postmyn acts as a data processor and will only use that data to operate the Service and deliver the campaigns you configure.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some features of the Service.

6. Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect our landing page forms from automated spam and bot submissions, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile operates invisibly in the background and collects certain client-side signals (such as IP address, TLS fingerprint, and browser user-agent) solely to distinguish human visitors from bots. Cloudflare does not use these signals to identify or profile individual users.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights
